Eclipse is a bespoke Real Estate brokerage specializing in sales and rentals in NY, NJ, PA and CT.  Our mission is to excel in providing the best client experience by being attentive and attend to their desires but most imperatively their needs.

Eclipse was founded in October of 2018 because of the niche of a lack of personability in Real Estate.  Our founder Lisa A. Pierre started doing real estate walking the streets in the Flatiron district of Manhattan.  Her manager at the time wanted her to specialize in a couple of areas but she desired to be knowledgeable in all areas of Manhattan.  After a short stint with that company she moved on to a bigger conglomerate on the UES still servicing other areas like Harlem, Upper West Side, and Tribeca just to name a few.  With superb training she excelled in the time she spent there. 

As her manager accepted a huge position in Park Slope Brooklyn at a national subsidiary she was invited to join to jump start her sales career.  Her business grew exponentially because she understood the value of being attentive and listening to her clients.  In turn, she developed Eclipse to mirror the competency that she knows works.  In Real Estate quantifiable records are given more value than qualitative experience but at Eclipse our clients are treated with the best top notch experience and service.
